Walmart is my favourite place but no staff on the floor when you need them desprately...its based on self help most of the time. Other than that staff could be intemidating when they check,on you at till point..,could be more descrite as to not to offend you.
Scratched my alloy wheels and couldn't balance a single wheel properly. Don't expect much.
Great customer service. Had a battery replaced that was under warranty. Quick service and no run around. My receipt was faded from being left under the visor. No problem Dom scanned the battery, brought up the records and replaced the battery. This was an easy, no hassle warranty exchange. THANKS Dom!
Worst experience at a Walmart Auto Center ever, I will not use this location ever again. Auto center was being remodeled, so all services were being handled through the sporting goods register, staff was un-prepaired for this issue. Cash transactions took literally over 15 mins to complete (customer ahead of me), I was paying with a debit card and the whole system crashed while I was trying pay after waiting 40 mins after my service was completed, then we went over to garden center and they crashed that register too, I wasn'... read more
