Had an appointment at 10:30 for an oil change. Had the car there at 10:20. Walked around the store killing time for 2 hours. Finally I saw my car parked in the lot. Thinking they finished the oil change I waited in line to pick up my car. At the register, the associate couldn’t find the paperwork or my keys. This is the first I've heard of Walmart not holding appointments. I scheduled about a week out for the soonest available appt & missed it due to a severe & timely inconvenience. This location would not take me because they were "slammed too close to closing" sent me to another location and neither advised I would be double charged.
I came in an hour before they closed. They took care of me well! I appreciate them staying late!
