I have been going to Walmart to get my oil changed for over a decade. Today will be the last time that I go. I made an appointment for 8:30 AM. I arrived at 8:25 to check in and was completed with my check-in by 8:34. I received a text message update that they started my service at 8:44, however, it took them almost an hour and a half for a simple oil change. I had an appointment for an oil change and it took them an hour after it was scheduled just to start working on my car. What is the point of scheduling an appointment if my time is getting wasted anyways? I don't know if its a staffing issue or the queuing system, but I will not be going to this auto center again.
They were 2 hours behind and they didn’t even have my tire size.
