I would give negative stars if I could. This service center is the WORST!!!!! Only three oil changes ahead of us and at 1 1/2 hours they are finally working on it. So many employees just standing around while a few work really hard. I will never come here again.
Employees are very nice, they work well with what they are given. They're often really short staffed back there so I would 1. recommend scheduling an appointment, and 2. avoid Saturdays all together. Went in for a tire change on 2 tires at 8am on a Saturday and finally left at 12:45pm. I would say my upsettedness is more at Walmart as a whole for not paying well enough to entice enough people to staff their department. I probably will be going elsewhere to get tires done.
They got my car in really quickly for a tire change and had me back out on the road in under an hour and they were busy! Service people were very friendly.
