Took them 2 hours to roll my tire out to me and tell me they wouldn’t patch it cause there was low tread. Why did you take off my tire then if you wren’t gonna do anything? It should’ve taken one look for them to say no but somehow it took them 2 hours.

Came in for a tire repair, was told 30 minutes so I decided to wait. Two hours later they had still not even touched my vehicle. I asked about getting my vehicle back and was told that “they just started working on it.” This was the fourth time they had said that. We were supposed to be leaving soon, and I only had a slow leak. Had I known it would be at least two hours, I would not have had it repaired. Now I am going to be late and I’ve still literally not gotten any answer and they are not working on my vehicle.

Not from town and needed tires as 1 blew. Mechanic was friendly but the old bitty that was working the automotive counter was rude! Online it says open until 7 and she was trying to close at 4 because "short staffed" even though the mechanic was willing to stay and understood I was trying to get home 2 hours away. Tires Plus got me in instead even though they were fully booked!
