I recently visited the tire center for new tire replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain the different tire options suitable for my vehicle and driving habits, and helped me choose the best fit within my budget. the guy accepting cars at the check-in kind of just brushed you off instead of trying to provide good customer service. but the real kicker is that whoever sat in my car while doing the oil change needs better personal Hygiene because my car has such a bad lingering odor in it now and we are going on a road trip. this smell is unbearable and walmart should be more professional and provide protection against that. it made me nauseous the entire drive home. it smells like alcohol and sweat.
