Worst experience!! At the time of oil change they haven’t informed me that they don’t have oil filter available and they charged me additional $4 for using the oil filter from the store. They have informed me at the time of paying bill which was not acceptable. They have not asked even my confirmation before using the filter and charged additional amount which was a scam.
My experience started out great! This was the third Walmart I had been to for my oil change when the other 2 turned me down because of a long wait. The guy who helped me at my car was great I think his name was Edgar. He was kind, patient, knew what he was talking about, and provided great detail about how my oil change would go. Great experience
I recently visited the tire center for new tire replacement, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and efficient. They took the time to explain the different tire options suitable for my vehicle and driving habits, and helped me choose the best fit within my budget.
