Called to make an appointment and was put on hold. Well not hold really, the phone on the counter so I could hear all the conversations. I waited patiently for 10 mins then tried to call back. Then the message was unusually high volume call back later. They should get more help. They ignore the phone and only talk to you if you’re in person
Was running late for my scheduled oil change & they still squeezed me in. On top of that, I was almost due for a tire rotation & they even agreed to get that done while they had my car. And they've helped me out of a jam an earlier time as well when I got a flat & there was no charge. Like coming here. Real nice bunch of guys!
Very nice place to get your tires done, stuff were very friendly and helpfull, recomend to get tires with walmart better price and great service
Do not bring a newer car here for an oil change. I went in for one and the tech said he was being rushed by the manager to finish, and complained about my skid plate being a pain to remove. I didn’t think anything of it and just apologized it was rough. When I got home, I had to buy wiper fluid because they didn’t refill it. I then noticed there was a nest made by some animal that wasn’t removed or mentioned, so I went back, assuming no one even looked under my hood. I was in for an oil change. I brought in my own synthetic oil and filter. Received an excellent service. Will definitely come here again.
