This place is an absolute nightmare. Butter beware. Unfriendly, ignorant staff. Sure the tires are cheap, but when you combine it with the stunning ineptitude of this business, I don’t think honk the savings match up. I’ve been dealing with their mistake for over a week now. They broke a lug nut and refuse to take responsibility. They wouldn’t install 2 of the 4 tires I bought. I would have returned all of them, but they installed the ones they installed and refused to remove them. An absolute joke.

On the day of my scheduled installation, they said one tire had arrived, but the other was delayed, so they couldn't install them. I waited for about a week, but the second tire still hadn't arrived. During that week, I contacted customer service, but they didn't resolve the issue at all. So I canceled the order. The last time I came here I told myself I’d never come back. Needed an oil change and my regular place was booked so I scheduled one in advance for 1:30pm today. 1.5hrs later and they haven’t even brought my car in yet. The guy at the counter told me staff needed to go on break. Why would you even let me make an appointment if the time means nothing?
INSTALLED MY TIRES ON SOMEONE ELSE’S CAR! This has been a frustrating experience from start to finish. When I initially called to make an appointment, the man on the phone took my information and asked what kind of tires I wanted, then scheduled me for Sunday, January 11th—but failed to mention I needed to order the tires in advance.
