I came in the day before to get two tires because that’s all I can afford at this time and my one tire was flat. I was told no problem the wait would’ve been two or more hours so I made an appointment for the next day. I go to my appointment and the manager refused me service saying it’s “policy” that they have to do all four tires, when I’ve done one tire at a time at this location before so that’s false. I went to the one in Saratoga and I had to wait three hours but they did do two tires. So rude and so unprofessional!
New Battery installed.Gotnin to drive it to work this morning and it sounded like my muffler was a lot louder. Got home after work, lifted up the hood and found half the job not out back together. Seriously. Now it's a phone call and another trip to Walmart. Guess that's what I get for not looking at reviews and having too high of expectations. So frustrating.
They fixed my flat for super cheap.
I feel like all these dudes are fighting some form of like ADHD. There’s only two people in the whole shop that could keep on task. All the other ones had to go over and have conversations every single time they did something. And then in the middle of your project stop what you’re doing and have a 20 minute conversation with another customer about something that another rep that wasn’t doing anything should have come and helped with.
