I feel like all these dudes are fighting some form of like ADHD. There’s only two people in the whole shop that could keep on task. All the other ones had to go over and have conversations every single time they did something. And then in the middle of your project stop what you’re doing and have a 20 minute conversation with another customer about something that another rep that wasn’t doing anything should have come and helped with. The slowest they can be they can get you out of a jam but will not recommend
Expensive, understaffed, have nothing in stock, staff is rude, shop is not organized. Why should I buy my tires here?
I waited 2 hours for them to even start my car. They didn’t come out to me when I waited in the dock, but two cars came after me and they were both helped first. Even if they both happened to be appointments, no one came to talk to me for 30 minutes. 3 hours for one tire. what a joke
