I have been using this Walmart for oil changes for years because they are decently priced and quick. Yesterday I experienced service so bad I’m leaving a review to spare others. The female mechanic glared at us as we walked up and was visibly annoyed. (I saw this in another review as well!!) After waiting for over an hour, she tells us that she’s unable to do our oil change because the drain plug was stripped, and we needed to go somewhere else to get that fixed. After a few years this is one of the poorest performing mechanic shops in the local area and it’s all dealing with customer care, professionalism and work ethic. Came 30mins early for a 3:30pm appointment and instead of being greeted amongst staff I get mean mugged and a door locked while sitting directly in front the garage. They cancelled my appointment when I dropped off my car. I got a text one hour prior to REMIND me that I had an appt. When I went in, they said their air compressor had been down for a week and they couldn’t do the oil change. Nobody called, emailed or texted to inform me that my appt was cancelled. I had made the appt 1 week earlier and showed up an hour before they opened and waited just to be told that they knew for a week that they couldn’t do oil changes. VERY POOR MANAGEMENT. They made plenty of excuses but no apology.
I buy the tires and they can't mount them
