i got a flat on sunday. they got me in first thing on monday. sadly, my tire wasn’t patchable. they set me up with a new tire and had me back out the door in 45 minutes! the front desk worker was very nice and helpful as well!!
UPDATE: They outright lied to me that I needed new tires because they were too lazy to simply do a tire rotation. I just got these tires 6 months ago and the tread is totally fine. Came in for a simple tire rotation (which you can't make an appointment for online). We can tell there's only 2 cars in the bay and I just wanted to leave my car for the day so they could fit it in when they could. It's a 20 minute service. Says they couldn't fit it in so I forced their hand and left it overnight so they can get to it first thing ... read more
I'd actually be surprised if these guys can tie their own shoes. I could tell you how bad my experience was, or I could just honestly say go somewhere else. Seriously, they are so bad it could be dangerous!!!
