⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service by Nana! I had an outstanding experience at the Walmart Tire Service, thanks to Nana. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the process. He took the time to explain my options, ensured everything was done efficiently, and provided top-notch customer service. His friendly attitude and attention to detail made my visit smooth and stress-free. If you need tire service, I highly recommend asking for Nana—he truly goes above and beyond!
So I wouldn't recommend this walmart for tire repair. Opens at 7. I was here at 7:05, came in to get a slow leak fixed it's 8:06 and I'm still waiting, I'm the only customer here. SMH
Waited 2 hours for installing an air filter and they ended up asking me to wait for long. Left the place without getting it done.
I am amazed at how rude and uninterested the service was here. I tried to stop in for a tire replacement and the person helping at the front desk didn’t acknowledge me and then immediately said “it’s going to be a while, it’s going to be a long while. I have 4 other tire to do,” while pointing at some tires. I preceded to say that it was fine and I could leave my car but he didn’t want to hear that. He then conveniently didn’t have my tire size. Horrible service!! Rang the counter for service no one ever came went around to see if I could find a worker they looked at me didn’t say a word. Finally after 7 more mins of waiting they ask me what do I want? I tell them oil change then they tell me they are busy but they only had 1 car in service and then he tells me it’s going to be an hour and a half wait time that they are about to take a lunch break. Complete waste of time. Do better!
