Great Customer service
I wish I could give 0 stars for the service we received today. We came in for a simple oil change and were told that it would take 30-40 minutes. Ok, that's fine. We came back at the time they said it should be ready and were told the service wasn't even started because no one was told that the car was there to be serviced. So we have to wait for that now. Almost an hour later, they say the car is ready. They charged us $285, and my husband, as he should, questioned it. Turns out, they entered the job wrong in the system and... read more
