Service was quick and Anden went above and beyond!
Ordered 4 new tires from the site, made appt for install. Took car in, came back to pick up only to be told it was the wrong size tire. Which was frustrating cause I gave my exact tire information for ordering . I was given the options for which tire would fit my car and ordered from that only to be told “wrong size.” TERRIBLE customer service and communication, team lead Todd, dk how he’s a team lead he was unprofessional and talked to me super condescending and was put out when I was asking questions.
