Arrived at my scheduled time for an oil change appointment and sat in my car waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come check me in, which they never did. I didn't even see an employee leave the garage in that time or check in the other person who was waiting at the other bay. There was a car in the bay ahead of me getting an oil change and in those 45 minutes of waiting not a single person touched that car despite the department being what appeared to be fully staffed. Son unos estupidos,llegue a cambiar las 2 llantas delantera de mi camioneta y los inutiles dejaron sin ajuntar las tuercas,acudi ami mecanico por un ruido agudo a girar con el vehiculo y resulta que todas laa tuercas estaban flojas,gracias a Dios no se solto la llanta y me mate por unos inutiles sin experiencia ni cuidado
Don't come here Brang my own 4 tires Arrived at 12 asked to have 4 mounted and balanced didn't leave until 6:10 pm. Ridiculous.
Almost 2 hours of waiting with a baby in my arms and it's still not finished, this self-service is very bad.
Terrible service when you go in for a warranty claim. You arrive at 6 pm with an emergency and they tell you they're closing soon and to come back the next day. Seriously? As if a flat tire emergency can wait. What a disappointment. If they paid the employees per car serviced, you'd see how quickly they'd attend to customers right up until closing time.
