We sat there waiting for 2 hours, just for an oil change we had an appointment for. One of the dude ignored all customers and just vaped the enitre time, and the staff where rude, like we bothered them cause we where at the shop, and on top of all of that they kept pushing our appointment back for cars that didn't have an appointment. From 5 to 8 we sat in that parking lot waiting for our car.
I bought and had two tires changed at this Walmart. Everybody was great. All the technicians and the customer service reps were really good and knowledgeable. I was strongly recommend them.
I was there for an hour and 40 minutes just for a warrantied battery exchange. Should have been symbol. Nobody knew what was going on. They told my children who wanted to get back in the car after shopping for an hour at the Walmart to get out because they were taking it for an oil change which was not what I was there for. I finally asked for a manager who was very attentive and got me out of there within 25 minutes.
Arrived at my scheduled time for an oil change appointment and sat in my car waiting for 45 minutes for someone to come check me in, which they never did. I didn't even see an employee leave the garage in that time or check in the other person who was waiting at the other bay. There was a car in the bay ahead of me getting an oil change and in those 45 minutes of waiting not a single person touched that car despite the department being what appeared to be fully staffed.
