Went in for new tires, had them shipped to the store and scheduled an appointment at 2pm. I arrived at 1:40pm, My car wasnt done until 6pm. No updates, when I asked about it the woman working literally shrugged and said "im gonna go back to what I was doing." That was on hour four. Do not go here.
Waiting for over 4 hours for a tire change, had to call out of work.
I have taken my vehicles to this Walmart several times for tires, oil changes, and other services, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. On one visit, after waiting nearly three hours, I was informed that they could not replace my battery because the vehicle could not be turned off during the process—even though I had triple-checked this requirement beforehand to avoid wasting time. Dropped my car off at 11AM AND AT 4 PM. They still hadn't started on my car. Tried to talk to someone and they didn't care... WOULD NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE !!! I dropped my car off at 11 AM for a simple oil change and it’s now almost 4 PM and they still haven’t even started on it. That’s nearly 5 hours of waiting for something that should take less than 30 minutes. These guys are awesome even though I notice they are short staffed they continue to be the best and have great customer service! I highly recommend!
