horrible. Didn't clean my wheels before balancing them and had the weights fall off on my drive way. Brought my car back and they acted apologetic until they finished and told me they had to charge me??? lol
Worst place to get your oil done. I got my oil changed, drove about 2 miles, and realized the burning oil smell wasn't going away, so I stopped and opened my hood and saw oil everywhere. I then realized that the oil filter was the issue and drove back. I talked to the female worker who seemed dumbfounded that it was leaking and that somehow the rubber seal for the oil filter was missing when it was never put on to begin with they put the seal finally on and topped of my oil but I never got a apology or even acknowledged that... read more
This has been the worst experience I’ve had with this auto center. Five days ago, I ordered two tires online, including installation and road hazard protection, scheduled for a 9:00 a.m. appointment today. FedEx confirmed delivery to the store yesterday , but the Walmart app showed a shipment delay. Concerned, I visited the auto center a day early, and they told me the tires weren’t staged yet but would be ready for my appointment. Terrible service. You arrive 20 minutes late and they tell you they can't. But you arrive on time and they leave you waiting 30 minutes to ask if you have an appointment. In short, they don't like to work. Almost everyone likes to tell you they can't, just making excuses for not having a job. I recommend they inspect the workers at that place.
