Received some new tires and a puncture repair here. The work was complete in an hour and they were able to repair a large puncture in one of my old tires.
Been here a couple times for oil changes. The first time the cover over the oil pan was hanging on by one bolt out of 4 and it was only partially screwed in. The second time I lost almost all my oil in a week because the oil drain bolt wasn’t screwed in all the way. No biggie though. It only would have been tens of thousands of dollars if I didn’t catch it.
I got the full Quaker State synthetic oil package. Only two workers on shift with a ton of people waiting. I had a 4pm appointment and didn't get my car back till after 5:35pm. Didn't get checked in till after 4:30pm because of the limited amount of staff. Went to get in my car after the oil change to drive away and noticed there was no protective sheet laid on the drives side carpet mat. Came in for oil change and also did headlights restoration! Wow, they are just like brand new headlights after the work done! I used to done it once by myself and it’s never been this good. Randy is an awesome technician, professional, polite, and knowledgeable! 100% recommended.
