This place fails and drops the ball constantly. Customer service is subpar at best, most the technicians are poor at their job and have excuses for everything, don’t bother asking questions, they do not know what they’re doing. Went in for a tire rotation and they cross thread the lugz. Walmart needs to revamp their auto center with training and increase salary to attract real talent and experience. But in all honesty it’s children working on your vehicle, none of them look older then 21. You get what you pay for I guess

I got a flat hand had to put my spare on, needed new tires anyway so I decided to replace all 4. No Walmart locations in the valley had tires that fit so I ordered some online for installation here. I ordered tires on a Sunday, they were supposed to arrive Wednesday, I scheduled installation for Thursday. Was due for business in Eastern Utah/Western Colorado this Friday and Saturday.
