Wasted my entire morning waiting for an oil change that never happened. I arrived at 10:30 AM and checked my car in at 10:55. By 12:36 PM, my car hadn’t been touched. There was no communication, no urgency, and no regard for my time. Very disappointing customer service. I won’t be returning.
Bought 4 new tires from Walmart plus the install. I am happy with the tires but the installation was suspect. I had low expectations going in. Wasnt expecting great customer service or anything but they still found a way to screw it up. Drop my vehicle at 4pm got it back by 6pm. It was already dark at the time so I cant be sure if they forgot to put a hubcap back on or install it poorly and it came iff on drive home. In the morning I see I am missing a hubcap.
