They threatened me to be on time ,or my appointment would be cancelled, I showed up 15 minutes early, only to wait two and a half hours for tires. The worst part is I got to see the so called tech roam around the shop neglecting my car and chit chatting with all the other techs. Two and a half hours for tires.
David was a gift from God. Came in with battery issues, and his primary focus was to make me feel comfortable and confident that I’m at the right place. Warranty was no good, so I upgraded to the Everstart Maxx. As soon as I bought the battery, Jason was ON IT! The moment we grabbed the new battery, Jason installed it immediately and with precision. I’m VERY protective of my vehicle, and I trust David and Jason wholeheartedly.
