David was a gift from God. Came in with battery issues, and his primary focus was to make me feel comfortable and confident that I’m at the right place. Warranty was no good, so I upgraded to the Everstart Maxx. As soon as I bought the battery, Jason was ON IT! The moment we grabbed the new battery, Jason installed it immediately and with precision. I’m VERY protective of my vehicle, and I trust David and Jason wholeheartedly.
Just got my tires replaced today and truly unhappy with the service. I get my tires done and have already paid in full online I come out when they finish my car and I’m showing the tech in the app that proof. Instead I need to now go inside wait behind people who are allowed to buy groceries in the auto shop apparently? The guy locks my car and takes my key to ‘verify’ like I’m in the literal app with the barcode. They need to just add a note to the order. Waited over an hour for them to cancel my oil change,some bs excuse. Don't take your car here. And we had to ask about the car they didn't tell us,we had to go to them. Bunch of lames working there.
Clowns are working on your car here. I just listened to them say they weren't going to work on anybody else's cars that came in because it was too hot and to give the customers excuses why they weren't able to perform the duties there was a younger guy with longer hair that was leading the circus he was telling everybody what to say and how to turn everybody down because it was too hot and they didn't want to work on any more cars that day
I bought tires from Walmart here and then install and had the road hazard warranty, one week later I got a piece of metal in my tire, went back to have them patch it up and I couldn't even get checked in. Then got the run-around and a bunch of mumbo jumbo bull crap and they didn't service me I had the warranty I'm a Walmart member I just don't understand why would I pay all this money if you're not going to do anything very disappointed. And by the way I did call customer service
