No one answers the phone. One of the times someone picked it up and put it back down right away.
I went to get an oil change on 8/9/25 at 1:30 pm. The mechanic broke my dip stick in my (oil tube). The manager literally told me that we can’t fix it nor can we service your vehicle due to the dip stick falling in.#1. I wasn’t the one who broke the dipstick. #2 they sent me on my way with A. Called and spoke to a gentleman on 6/11 about mounting the tires I purchased from Walmart.com onto rims for our travel trailer. Was quoted $11 per tire. My other half took two of the four in to have this done on 6/12 and the woman at the counter said that will be $53. WHAT?!!! So, I called and spoke directly to her and she told me that she wasn't on the phone call on 6/11 and this price is for balancing, disposal, etc. Um, the rims have no weights on them so what exactly are you balancing? Will never be going here again. They are always rude as can be and majority of them have to idea what they were talking about. My car sat done in the lot for 20 min before I got up and asked if I could pay and leave. I also had to ask multiple employees what my warranty covers and none of them even knew what to say and stated “I don’t even know” before one man was nice enough to explain even though he was heading out. Can't decide if you need to schedule an appointment or walk in. Get a different answer every time... scheduled appointment online showed up 30 mins into my appointment get an email that they cancelled my appointment. Clearly these people have limited super vision. I attempted to call and ask questions about my frozen windshield washer fluid 2 weeks after getting services done to be hung up on..Clearly asking questions is above their pay grade. 10 out of 10 do not recommend
