Will never be going here again. They are always rude as can be and majority of them have to idea what they were talking about. My car sat done in the lot for 20 min before I got up and asked if I could pay and leave. I also had to ask multiple employees what my warranty covers and none of them even knew what to say and stated “I don’t even know” before one man was nice enough to explain even though he was heading out. Can't decide if you need to schedule an appointment or walk in. Get a different answer every time... scheduled appointment online showed up 30 mins into my appointment get an email that they cancelled my appointment. Clearly these people have limited super vision. I attempted to call and ask questions about my frozen windshield washer fluid 2 weeks after getting services done to be hung up on..Clearly asking questions is above their pay grade. 10 out of 10 do not recommend
Very thankful for them being able to get me in for a tire change Soon enough. But their attitudes are shitty.
A while back I stopped in for new tires, on the day we were leaving on a trip! No appointment either. I was whining to the employee about how pressed for time I was and how dumb I was to wait until the day we were leaving. He took my whining to heart and had my car done and ready to rock in 13 minutes!!! OMG! I felt like a NASCAR driver! 🤣🤣🤣 He saved the day! We were able to keep our scheduled leaving time! Kudoos to the employees working that day!!!
