Traveling to Oshkosh and must have ran over something causing me a flat tire. Stopped at Kwik Trip when the light came on to get air and heard it hissing so I drove to the nearest tire place I saw, Walmart to see if I could get it changed, plugged, my spare out on, anything. They said they couldn't help me. Sorry, we are too busy. I would have waited, would have paid for whatever needed to be done, but they wouldn't even consider looking at it or helping me. Would never recommend going there!
Came in on 10-4-25 at 6:05 pm for a oil change talked to manager she said it was to late. Come back in the morning at 7:30 am im back at 7:40 they can't do my oil change know because I didn't have a appointment. Was not mention the night before no the fact that the advertised to be open till 7 pm needless to say there not well organized
No one answers the phone. One of the times someone picked it up and put it back down right away.
I went to get an oil change on 8/9/25 at 1:30 pm. The mechanic broke my dip stick in my (oil tube). The manager literally told me that we can’t fix it nor can we service your vehicle due to the dip stick falling in.#1. I wasn’t the one who broke the dipstick. #2 they sent me on my way with A. A broken car and B. A car that wasn’t even serviced. They gave me no options to assist me in this situation. So now here I sit on Sunday because all body and head shops are closed until Monday. Called and spoke to a gentleman on 6/11 about mounting the tires I purchased from Walmart.com onto rims for our travel trailer. Was quoted $11 per tire. My other half took two of the four in to have this done on 6/12 and the woman at the counter said that will be $53. WHAT?!!! So, I called and spoke directly to her and she told me that she wasn't on the phone call on 6/11 and this price is for balancing, disposal, etc. Um, the rims have no weights on them so what exactly are you balancing?
