Came in with a flat tire at 3pm. Waited for 2 hours and heard nothing from them. I went back over just to be told my tire was "fine" and that the rim had a hole in it. I was sent away as they couldn't do anything for me. After ordering and receiving the rim myself I went back in to get it replaced. They called me back over within a half hour and I was not surprised to find out my tire, that was still loosing air, had a hole in it. I made a appointment for 10am 3 days ago to get two tire replaced. i get there today and have me down for 2pm the thing is i double checked with they dork who made the apointment 10 oclock am. they didn't try to make it right in anyway i live like a half hour away it is 12 below zero here today. when i walked in they were really busy what theyn did is move me to 2 to make room for all the walk in people so don't expect them to honor your appointment if they are busy at least in fondy! very shitty!!!!
Traveling to Oshkosh and must have ran over something causing me a flat tire. Stopped at Kwik Trip when the light came on to get air and heard it hissing so I drove to the nearest tire place I saw, Walmart to see if I could get it changed, plugged, my spare out on, anything. They said they couldn't help me. Sorry, we are too busy. I would have waited, would have paid for whatever needed to be done, but they wouldn't even consider looking at it or helping me. Would never recommend going there!
Came in on 10-4-25 at 6:05 pm for a oil change talked to manager she said it was to late. Come back in the morning at 7:30 am im back at 7:40 they can't do my oil change know because I didn't have a appointment. Was not mention the night before no the fact that the advertised to be open till 7 pm needless to say there not well organized
No one answers the phone. One of the times someone picked it up and put it back down right away.
