Took 2 hours and had to come back as they couldn’t reset air pressure sensor due to machine update and didn’t give me new sticker for an oil change. For $200 and 2 hours I expect full service and not to have to come back, on the phone they tell me the machine is updated and assure me I can come back in to get it done ,I come back and another HOUR goes by for them to put a sticker on the wind shield and reset the tire sensor which is again done with a machine , after waiting for an hour I asked for my keys back and to leave a... read more
3 hours for tires when no one else was waiting. All in that 3 hours we also left my wife’s car which never got touched so we told them forget it. Don’t come here. Even on a slow day with 6 techs (4 of which leaning on their phones) you won’t get anything done.
All I've ever done at Walmart care center was get tire's put on my car once I had a issue Walmart was great at helping me solve my tire issue by replacing all tires for free..
