The Moore Walmart Auto Care Center staff was extremely polite and helpful. William, Kenneth, Brian and Sunnee were beyond helpful. They went out of their way to make sure the set of tires we purchased were in stock and ready by our appointment. Originally, they only had two of the tires in stock; however, the manager was able to aquire the two missing tires from another location. Fast, efficient, & well MANAGED. I called this Walmart after the horrible experience with the first Walmart I called. When they answered it took him less than a minute to tell me what tires they had in my size & when to come in. They had gotten the job done in 30 minutes. Great service & so different from the other Walmart I called. First I called the Walmart off of 104th st. The guy had me on the phone for 8 minutes. 5 minutes on hold for no reason. Fastest oil change I've ever received at Walmart. There were a couple of cars ahead of me when n line and I was told it would take an hour to an hour and a half. Took less than an hour and I was shocked and pleasantly pleased. The store layout is a little confusing especially automatic and health care but I managed to find everything I was looking for during this visit.
