Listen, I know about cars. I work in the industry and I've know what I have on my car. I needed cheap tires installed asap, and I ordered them a week in advance. I kept checking the tracking and days before my appointment it said that they were ready for installation. On the day of installation my appointment was cancelled and I had to call and scramble to get slotted in. Ok, shipping delays happen (more likely they sold one of my tires that I had in store). Stripped my 13mm drain plug they probably put square blocks in the circle hole count your lucky stars if you manage to find someone with an iq above room temperature. Actual morons i go to redo my oil change and it looks like they chewed on it wouldn’t put it past them if they did .
