If I could give negative stars I definitely would.(pictures attached) After not even honoring my appointment time (I had to come back another day), they “completed” my oil change and neglected to close the cap, so oil was just flying around and got all over the inside of my hood. Thankfully another shop looked into this for me once my check engine light came on since the oil was everywhere BUT the engine. Terrible customer service. No one offers too help or try too make anything easier. Ordered 4 tires and took an extra 2 weeks too get one last tire & Wayne at the auto shop is so unprofessional on the phone and cussing and not good service. Don’t ever go here for any service. No one try’s too help you or even go out there away or as employees say they don’t get paid enough for that. Will never do service ever here again.
