We have several cars, including for the kids and they do a great job on full synthetic oil changes
Worse experience . Out of every single freaking Walmart that I have gone to ! By far the worse!! To begin with Shawty that got there way after me without an appointment got serviced first (shawty needed a tire swap annd oil change) she literally had more complicated things than what I did. And came in after me . But ok cool, I let it slide .whatever . but then they had me waiting 2 freaking hours for a tire patch . which they didn’t do anything . cause they FORGOT to let me know that they couldn’t fix it. 2 FREAKING HOURS!!!... read more
Absolute worst place for tires. Employees never answer the phone when you call regardless of day and time. Had appointment for tire change x4 to show up and find out they don't have the tires they just said they had. Wasted trip.
I got an oil change about 3 weeks ago, and not only did it take over 2 hours with an appointment, but apparently they didn't do it correctly. I took my car into my regular shop and they said that it wasn't full, about 1/3 of what it should be, and there was a fluid leak likely caused by someone putting a cap on incorrectly/not tight enough. So, now I have to get another oil change and pay again... I will not be back. Why offer a service if it's actually causing issues. I should have known better, lesson learned.
I drove to this place 7 in the morning for oil change. Only place available according to the website. When I got there they didn’t have oil available. I had to pay 10 dollars extra to get the expensive oil brand from inside. I don’t care about 10 dollars but This is not faire. I need my 10 dollars back.
