Overall good experience, but they do need more staff since the weight was about two hours
You know walmart tire center is the most neglectful and annoying place to deal with. These kids are barely mechanics with no work ethic. Been waiting for new tires for them for two weeks. Im an uber driver lol. Just about ruined my life waiting for them. No tires came in, appointment was automatically canceled, no one reach out to explian. Go to costco.
Beyond terrible service. I came before they opened and waited over 2 hours for just a oil change and the car was not even touched. No one called to let me know or how long it would take. The bar code sticker they give you on the app stated that I'm not even in the system. On my previous time here it stated that it was ready in 5 minutes when they haven't even touched the car. Its unethical to manipulate the system so they cant track the long time they take. No apologies no nothing after talking to mgr. Thanks alot. Additiona... read more
