I’ve came to the auto center 2 different times this month and have left without an oil change. Both times I have waited over a hour and half only to be told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Was told that I had 2 cars in front of me for an oil change. No problem. 2 hours for an oil change and valvoline can do it in 30 minutes. The team is honest, kind, and genuinely focused on helping customers rather than just making a sale. I came in expecting to buy new tires, but Wayne and Michael took the time to inspect them and assured me they were still in good shape. Their transparency and integrity were so refreshing compared to the usual experience at other shops. I highly recommend stopping by—you’ll be in good hands.

Can the manager is fantastic to work with he replaced my battery no questions asked in the auto service department at the store. The customer service was hands-down the best I’ve ever received at a Walmart auto care center. Go here and see Ken!
