The team is honest, kind, and genuinely focused on helping customers rather than just making a sale. I came in expecting to buy new tires, but Wayne and Michael took the time to inspect them and assured me they were still in good shape. Their transparency and integrity were so refreshing compared to the usual experience at other shops. I highly recommend stopping by—you’ll be in good hands.
Can the manager is fantastic to work with he replaced my battery no questions asked in the auto service department at the store. The customer service was hands-down the best I’ve ever received at a Walmart auto care center. Go here and see Ken!
Came here to get a oil change.. called before hand to ask there prices.. which roughly ranged from 20-57$ max on there board. And ended up paying almost 70 after tax cause apparently they don't carry my oil in stock for my car what kind of shop doesn't carry the correct oil.. for my car then falsely tell me a incorrect price when I told them EXACTLY what I needed over the phone.. I won't be back.. 70 dollars for a oil change is crazy when there is plenty of other shops that charge 40 to 50 for synthetic...

Don’t waste your time with this place. Go to a real tire shop with bigger and better selection on tires. As I write this review I’m sitting here for over 15 min with employees walking past me not even acknowledging me. When I finally walked in the actual tire shop and said is anyone gonna help me they said will be right with you and of course never came out to help in the office. Super lousy customer service. I should have known better than to come to Walmart to get a spare tire!
