I’ve came to the auto center 2 different times this month and have left without an oil change. Both times I have waited over a hour and half only to be told that it would be another 15-20 minutes. Was told that I had 2 cars in front of me for an oil change. No problem. 2 hours for an oil change and valvoline can do it in 30 minutes. Oh… my favorite part is waiting at their counter for 15 minutes and not a soul in sight to help anyone. This Walmart needs to do better with automotive services and customer service all around.
