I had all four of my tires replaced, long over due, had nails in two of the tires. James who worked the register was very patient with me. Even when they're busy they gave me constant updates and got me taken care of quickly. I have an older model and they handled everything great. I talked with the mechanic who worked on my car if they had any trouble and they reassured me everything was good. This review is for Jay. Provides excellent service, literally goes out of his way to do everything he can to help you.. I normally have my oil changes. Entire service done here and the rest of the crew is just average. Would not leave five stars for them as a whole, maybe four stars. I wish I could request Jay to do my service each time. Give this boy a raise!
Extremely rude staff
Ridiculous. I was next in the queue for 3 whole hours, waiting for them to finish the same two vehicles. They don't offer any services that should take more than 30 to 45 minutes max. They must have just been back there servicing each other the whole time. What a waste of my day.
They won't take a tire off a trailer to patch it, but they will sell you a new tire only if YOU take the tire off your own trailer with No help from them. Just keep in mind even if you take your own tire off your trailer, They still are not allowed to patch it... this is complete BS WALMART Auto Care has lost all of my business for this ridiculous reason
