I see this place as a up sale scam..... They stated they don't have the proper oil filter on hand so they have to ell me one off the store shelf for a extra fee. then they stated that I have to use 5w30 instead of 10w30 which I asked for Or they would have to Charge me more because they don't have 10W30 in the shop and would have to get it from the store shelf., Even though on the ad , stated 5w30 or 10w30 for the fee of $38.88 Even after all this... They where to check tire pressure and lube for the service... Non was done.... read more
Has gone downhill. I have been getting my pickups oil change there for about 2 years. I’ve had two issues here with oil changes that are absolutely unacceptable. The first time they didn’t put oil back in my car. I paid for it and got in my car for the light to come on. I had to go back. Insanity! The second time they didn’t put the cap back on my in laws vehicle so there was oil everywhere! Oil changes are your job. Why are you not able to do them correctly?! Do better!
