I’ve had two issues here with oil changes that are absolutely unacceptable. The first time they didn’t put oil back in my car. I paid for it and got in my car for the light to come on. I had to go back. Insanity! The second time they didn’t put the cap back on my in laws vehicle so there was oil everywhere! Oil changes are your job. Why are you not able to do them correctly?! Do better!
I have had the occasion to use this tire store twice now in the last month. I can not rate this location higher; if I could I would. After a couple of "run ins" with Les Schwab AND PointS in Astoria I came here; saved tons of money on both tire install and tires. Well worth the added travel. 2 tires mounted and balanced @ PoinS $159.66 ! I think not ! 36$ @ Walmart St Helens with lifetime balance & tire rotation along with excellent kind service. I THINK SO. ! Thank-you : Jeff
They will lose the screws for the skit plate and not tell you at your oil change. Then the next time they will lie to your face and say they didn't do it and you cannot get your oil changed properly. Avoid this place at all cost. Full of unprofessional and untrained folks!
