The reserved oil and oil filter were missing. Service was slow. The staff suggested going to the store to purchase all the necessary supplies for the car myself.
The people there are so slow and are so out of touch with modern day. Not very professional and everyone should keep up on their education.
Called and asked me to reschedule appointment last minute because they were so far behind. That’s fine! I rescheduled for a week later. When the new date arrived I look online and the appt was cancelled? Called customer service and they would no longer honor the Black Friday price for the tires. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Refused to honor the price and kept blaming “the system.” I should have listened to folks online who said tire prices may be right but avoid Walmart at all costs.
Lady that checked my car in and helped with scheduling appointment for tire sensors replacement was absolutely amazing! I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name but she was the only female there.
