The old lady behind the counter was soo rude! She purposely made it extremely difficult to even get anything scheduled, as if I was some kind of burden and not privileged for the services they offer. Never going back to this location, ever and it is shocking that they would allow someone like that to even work there!!!

Outstanding customer service! I had two new front tires installed yesterday morning. Since it was my first time using Walmart Auto Care, I wasn't sure where to park, where to check in, or where to wait. A gentleman with a long beard kindly helped me get situated and made the process much easier. Because I use a walker and have difficulty walking long distances, sitting for extended periods can also be uncomfortable. The reserved oil and oil filter were missing. Service was slow. The staff suggested going to the store to purchase all the necessary supplies for the car myself.
