AVOID, AVOID, AVOID THIS PLACE ! An easy task to mount and balance 4 new tires took 2.5 HOURS! These techs clearly are gaming their hourly wage so as to take as long as possible and to the least amount of work. To add insult to injury... They severely damaged 2 of my aluminum rims in the process. No one answers the phone and the store manager Manny Archuleta is impossible to reach to file a property damage claim. Never again!
I came here to do my oil change today, staffs are very nice and its such a great deal for oil change compared to other places now. It took about a hour, they texted me and let me know, very professional. I will definitely come back again in the future.
had to wait over 2 hours for a job that should have take 45 min. to an hour to do but the customer is not put as first priority. I am 75 years old and disabled and was in a lot pain after sitting for so long not knowing why it was taking over 2hours to do about a one hour job
The old lady behind the counter was soo rude! She purposely made it extremely difficult to even get anything scheduled, as if I was some kind of burden and not privileged for the services they offer. Never going back to this location, ever and it is shocking that they would allow someone like that to even work there!!!
Called to ask for oil change price and he wouldn't look how much oil the car needed or type of filter
