first, we were sold a battery that didn’t work. went to exchange it & waited 2 hours for a manager that was called for 5 times over intercom because they said employees can’t do the exchange. finally left & drove an extra 20 minutes further to a different location. just ridiculous. no manager showing for 2 hours for a 2 minutes exchange.
I want to thank the team at Walmart Auto Center for their great service on Sunday. I got my oil changed and picked up some lights for my car. A special shout out to Jen, who went above and beyond to make sure I got the right part—she was kind, thorough, and made sure I was safe to drive. Really appreciate it! Thank you Jen!
Never get an oil change here! They have messed up every car We have ever brought to them. They do not put the oil filter back in place properly. This causes. The car to leak massive amount of oil. It's unbelievably bad. You're entire Engine can blow up because of this. It has happened to us four times Or more at this location over the past Fifteen years.
