Called and asked me to reschedule appointment last minute because they were so far behind. That’s fine! I rescheduled for a week later. When the new date arrived I look online and the appt was cancelled? Called customer service and they would no longer honor the Black Friday price for the tires. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Refused to honor the price and kept blaming “the system.” I should have listened to folks online who said tire prices may be right but avoid Walmart at all costs.
Lady that checked my car in and helped with scheduling appointment for tire sensors replacement was absolutely amazing! I’m sorry I didn’t ask her name but she was the only female there.
Honestly don't waste your time... expected waste time 4 hours and 30 mins and my car still was not in the garage. For an oil change. Even left and came back. I got tired of waiting and I just told them to give me the keys. I use to get it here all the time and 30-40 mins tops and my car was done. Now... I rather go somewhere else.
Worst employees I stood in the auto care center for 20 minutes. 7 other people are surrounding me. There's no one here to help. Employees look at us, but will not help. The door's locked, and now we can't get out. This is the absolute worst walmart ever Between their no service and their spoiled food, it's ridiculous, don't come here
