Called and called and called ... Was put on hold .... Drove down while on hold to talk to a manager. When I arrived they acted surprised. They did have tires that fit however couldn't fit me in and wanted me to drive back as if I'm right around the corner. The whole trip could have been avoided had people just picked up the phone.. 37 minutes and counting on hold when I walked in....
Wow, this is terrible service. Came in to get my tire plugged, 45 minutes later, still waiting, came to the back to see what was going on, they were all standing around shooting the shit, my tire was left alone, car is jacked up, hands on hips, laughing, and no work. WHO DOES THIS? THEY ARE WATCHING ME WATCH THEM DO NOTHING? TERRIBLE service
Went in on sunday because my psi was sitting at 4 that morning, already been having issues. When I aired it up to get somewhere to get it fixed, I noticed a screw in my tire. My mistake to say that was what was wrong because they canceled my service and just took the screw out and said there was no leaks and that it was only at 30psi(what i put it up to to get there) and me saying it was at 4 prior to that 30psi, basically flat that morning, meant nothing because they put it in water and there was no leaks according to them.... read more
