Apparently don't know how to change a car battery.
Employees present were great 10/10. Problem is, understaffed so waited 1.5 hours to start the oil change. Until hire more use east loop.
Did not check my fluids they said they did I watched them the whole time me and another customer they put on my service paper that they checked everything that comes with the oil change when I get to my car my washer fluid is dry empty technician got upset when I kindly asked him about the service and why everything says it’s been filled and it was not than my appointment was at 8:30 am just now left at 9:52 am for a basic oil change
Guard under my car was hanging off after a tire change, probably caused by the lift. Another problem i have to deal with now🤦♂️
would give 0 stars if i could, we have been waiting for 30+ minutes and no one has come to talk to us, made the first lady here back up to let someone else in that pulled up after her and has yet to provide any type of customer service and communication to either of us.
