would give 0 stars if i could, we have been waiting for 30+ minutes and no one has come to talk to us, made the first lady here back up to let someone else in that pulled up after her and has yet to provide any type of customer service and communication to either of us.
i was anxious to go get my battery changed by myself but they helped me so much. special thanks to Albert and Jonathan! they were so sweet and helped me how to check my oil stick. they seriously deserve a raise!! if youre a girl and anxious to go get car checked by yourself, walmart auto center is the place to go!!
I drove in for a new battery and was signed in and was out in less than 45 mind
Went to Walmart to get a simple battery replacement something that takes 15 to 20 mins tops turned in to 2 hrs. They didn’t even look my way and proceeded to help people that arrived after me. I was only helped out when I complained about the wait. Cheap service doesn’t have to be bad service!!
