Good luck trying to get anyone to pick up the phone! I have called several times to try and reach the auto department. Tried all their other departments and the only one that picked up was bakery and even that wasn’t any help. I asked if they can transfer the call to the auto department and the person on the line was clueless on how to do that and said she would have to walk the phone all the way over to the auto department.
