I had an awful experience today around 12 pm January/22/2026, i wanted to buy a tire from the auto center in Walmart, there was a girl with black hair, her name was maybe Charlie “not very sure about the name but sure about the description”, she seemed like she was having a bad day, i only asked her about the prices of the tire and she already was rolling her eyes and looking at me in some kind of way, if she has bad communication skills she shouldn’t be working with customers directly or shouldn’t be working in Walmart in g... read more
A lady with black short hair was eyeballing me in a bad way and was very impatient
Got my 4 tpms sensors replaced and now all 4 of my black rims are damaged. They all have deep scratches and grooves. Missing paint.
They actually double book appointments. I am here waiting for more than an hour already because they themselves said they double booked. They have no clue when they can do my car, and imagine this is even after I had made an appointment. I can clearly see the technicians are extremely slow, been to other tire shops before and so can compare easily. If you have hours to waste, you can think about coming here, but if you value your time, I would NEVER recommend.
