I've ordered that last 4 or 5 sets of tires for our cars from Walmart & had them installed at Walmart auto center but never again. This time they damaged one of the lug nuts as the were removing the wheels to replace with the tires we just bought on Walmart.com. Now that tire won't come off. They are the only ones that have worked on that tire since we've owned this car so they are the only ones that could have "rounded" that lug nut. Employees are not professionals
Didn't start off very good at all this morning. They were opening up late. 12 minutes late. They need to learn customer service. The guy that I saw first was very rude and ignorant. And they don't keep things updated on the app.When they notify you that they start at working on your card eight fifteen, instead of right away when you drop it off.
