Sad ahh hell I purchased 4 tires with warranty one of my tires had a nail in it come here to get it fixed on my warranty and they tell me they don’t have what they need to fix the tire I would have to buy a new tire or go to another Walmart 20 min away to get it fixed when I live up the street from this Walmart where I got my tires put on at on top of that it took them over 30 min to come tell me this
Unless you have half a day to waste, and thats WITH an appointment.....do not come here. They started my service, then walked away from it. When I asked where all the techs went, I was told they went home. Now I'm stuck here until I can get a ride. My appointment was at 2:30. Its now 5 :30. Rediculous.
after reading the reviews. i am shocked that Walmart does not know how to run a super Busy tire shop. whether you make an appointment, which is great in idea if you have time. you expect a certain amount of time to get the job done. And Correctly. Quality control is not Apparent. Firestone tires were $300-400 dollars more than Walmart. Happy with the new tires. Given one price yesterday for one tire. Went back today it was 30 dollars more.
They put the wrong oil in my car and not enough. After driving away, the low oil pressure light came on and I had to buy an extra quart of Oil from an AutoZone. Terrible experience.
