TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I dropped off my car and the advisor said it would be 40 mins. TWO HOURS LATER, I went up to the service desk and the advisor said they couldn’t do an oil change because my car has a plate underneath and they couldn’t remove it. Someone should have called me and told me. This was a total waste of my time.

Bring a sleeping bag and take a few vacation days because you might be at the shop for a while. You can watch the technicians chat and laugh while your car is on the lift; there’s no sense of urgency. Count your lug nuts before you leave to ensure they’re all on the wheel; they don’t have time for that. Oh yeah, they also stole the nice valve stem caps I ordered; who does that?

First time doing business with Walmart Auto Care today and never again for oil changes. Paid for Full Synthetic oil, but mileage due for service comes up to me 3,000 miles this crap is for conventional oils. They put this sticker due mileage to trick those who doesn’t know anything about oil changes. A full synthetic last up to 15,000 miles. My truck mileage is 108,270 miles sticker says due mileage is 111,720. I called about tire rotation and was told $15/tire. Way too expensive for me! Firestone will do all 4 for $9.99. I used to go there for oil and filter changes.
