1 star is being generous. 3 hours for a battery replacement. These guys have no self urgency. The wrost service in Princeton. Save your money and time.
Bad service Just to replace one tire they said 30 minutes.. And took more than 2 hours... Never come back to this place.. "Bad service"
Terrible customer service. I made an appointment to patch up my tire and showed up on time, but it took over two hours before they even looked at my car. When they finally called me, they refused to patch my tire and instead pressured me to buy a new one. I told them I don’t make hasty decisions and needed a moment to think it over. Their response? A rude attitude and a comment saying, “We have other customers—you have three minutes to decide.” I left and went to Best Price Tires, where I received excellent customer service.... read more
Every time I’ve gone the employees have been rude, tried to gaslight me thinking I know nothing about cars, and the wait has been over 4 overs. Never going back.
