The service is painfully slow and the customer service is terrible. It feels like nobody cares about the customers or their time. Truly a frustrating experience!
Bad I ordered some tires online and when I showed up, they refused to install them because they said they were “too big.” What kind of nonsense is that? I can’t believe a so-called auto shop doesn’t even know how to handle a basic tire installation. Completely ridiculous and unprofessional! customer service
The most slowest people working here I had appointment 7am to 8am and I got there 7:20 am and she told me I was late. She have to change my appointment. It’s horrible place. I’ll never going back here again.
Good service and the tall manager with the half shaved haircut (sorry bud couldn't recall your name) helped me a ton and didnt beat around the bush. Got me back going on the road quick.
I came here for a oil change the pit crew conventional, and they tried to up charge me double the price. I can go to 10 Minute Oil Change for the same price, better oil, and they don't lie about prices.
