Unquestionably the most ridiculously irresponsible entity I've ever run into. After selling me a battery, and replacing the same battery once, I'm now being told it's the wrong battery and I owe them 60 more dollars to put the right battery in. The manager was anemic at best. Deferring all comments to the person before her of whom she could not name or identify. Likely due to a high attrition rate. The staff there have always been courteous, have listened to my instructions & questions without responding in a condensing manner. The tires are a good value & good quality. The services have always been completed promptly & in a timely manner. Due to now living in a rural location I have gotten the road side hazzard protection which is only an additional $10 per tire. Everything went well, they took off my old tires. They mounted and balanced my new tires. They made sure each tire had 35 pounds of pressure. Then they torque wrenched down each lug to spec. The only small detail they forgot was one value stem cap but I had extras. Excellent job 👍🏻
Top 10 quickest Walmart Auto Care Centers I've ever been to! Had two people ahead of us, but got our vehicle done within 45 minutes.
They rush and do not check fluids or filters for oil change.went to Valvoline for my next change and thankful I did. Workers are rude and seem like they don't want to be there or be bothered to help someone.
