Very disappointed with the service at the Walmart Tire Center. I brought in tires to be mounted, and the employee took one look at them and immediately said they wouldn’t fit my truck, even though it has a leveling kit. He didn’t even attempt to check fitment or try mounting them. I also wasn’t informed beforehand that they wouldn’t install used tires. Felt like they just didn’t want to deal with it rather than actually help. Would not recommend based on my experience.
Over all satisfaction with the work is great. Dont make plans that day though.
The staff there have always been courteous, have listened to my instructions & questions without responding in a condensing manner. The tires are a good value & good quality. The services have always been completed promptly & in a timely manner. Due to now living in a rural location I have gotten the road side hazzard protection which is only an additional $10 per tire. Everything went well, they took off my old tires. They mounted and balanced my new tires. They made sure each tire had 35 pounds of pressure. Then they torque wrenched down each lug to spec. The only small detail they forgot was one value stem cap but I had extras. Excellent job 👍🏻
So I had them check my tires and they did a very thorough job. But I wasn't sure where to park when I got there, and I guess I parked in the wrong place, there's this guy knocking on my window telling me a can't park there so I asked him where and he pointed his finger over there. Not polite at all. So everything else was OK. The young man inside was very polite, he told me that other guy is quitting. So he apologized for the other guys bad behavior. I'd go back
