Absolutely terrible customer service! Take your car and service somewhere else at the very least a different Walmart. These lazy people told me I ordered the wrong tire size so that they would not have to change my cars tire. They indicated to me an absolutely wrong tire size that I needed. According to them, my tire size on a 2012 Infiniti G37 was “supposed” to be 245/45 R15 according to the Infiniti website itself that is impossible… pictures attached. Closed due to weather. No signage
Worst staff with no knowledge on handling customers. There is no proper coordination between front desk staff and mechanics. And mechanics work there based on their mood and attitude. They don’t even care if you go for service on-time at scheduled time. They just change their mind whenever they want and send customers back without giving service.
