Horrible Service! I arrived for my prescheduled appt at 7a to discover a locked door and quiet shop floor. After a nice gentleman asked an associate when the Tire Center Customer entrance would be opened he responded probably about 7:25a or 7:30a. Apparently all the Tire Center employees are always late. Shortly afterward a lady who appeared to be in management pulled in and asked an employee sweeping the parking lot to open the Tire Center Customer entrance. Horrible place from associate's to management is extremely rude lazy and has some of the worst attitudes I've ever encountered nobody wants to do they're job's nobody wants to help you find anything and asking for help is like pulling their teeth out will never go to this store ever again will rather pay extra at Kroger's
I've never had a good experience at a Walmart auto care however I will say this is probably the worst. I've been waiting for around 3.5 hours and it was apox 1 hour before they even began to "work" on my car. I was getting a oil change, mini bulb replacement, and windshield wipers put on. I have done all of these before myself and I'm aware that even all together it would be odd to take more than 30min to complete all of them together.
