Walmart Auto Care on Winchester has to be the worst. I had an appointment on Sunday at 7:30 a.m., and they claim they open at 7:00 a.m. I'm standing outside in the humidity waiting for someone to open the doors, and it was around 7:28 when I finally saw someone—only for them to drag themselves into work. I'm like... really? So then, at 7:31 a.m., I was told that the mechanic wasn't there yet and they didn't know when he would be there. I had the worse pick up service I've ever had at this Walmart. Placed my order for one tire on the 5th got delivered to the store on the 8th and it was showing up delayed up until I had to go up there in person. Whomever took the tire in NEVER scanned it in the system so I didn't receive until went physically up there took 2 males to find one tire . I called several times before I went up no one EVER picked up. Got up there and had to wait 20 to 25 mins before tire was actually found no apology or nothing I will NEVER order ... read more
I would recommend avoiding this place. I made an appointment for an oil change at 10:30 AM and even dropped my car off early at 10:00 AM. However, they simply left it sitting there, and by 11:20 AM they still said it wasn’t done. This is my third time giving this place a chance, and I’ve had the same experience every single time. I only came back because it’s close to where I live and convenient during my busy schedule.
