Hey the tech Jamontarious T. Sucks this didn't put my oil top back & oil spilled out all over my engine and my vehicle smelled like pure gasoline so I called up there just so diz guy could get rude with me so I just hung up 1 thing I know 4sure they got me once twice but they will never ever get me again I most definitely will not allow Walmart under my hood they hire anybody for auto service with no experience smhd
Update: They took my car in and told they don't have the tools to do Oil Change. Not a Tesla, but an old fashioned Prius. Later I went to Take 5 and changed the oil. With a coupon, the price came to pretty much the same. I came in time for the oil change service appointment, but they did not honor the online appointment to deprioritize me. After more than 1 hour since have been in the auto center with my two kids, they took the car in after I complained and wanted to see the manager. Save yourself some time and go to another Walmart Auto Care Center. It's just horribly slow, compared to basically every Walmart ACC in Memphis. Y'all need some HELP‼️
Absolutely terrible customer service! Take your car and service somewhere else at the very least a different Walmart. These lazy people told me I ordered the wrong tire size so that they would not have to change my cars tire. They indicated to me an absolutely wrong tire size that I needed. According to them, my tire size on a 2012 Infiniti G37 was “supposed” to be 245/45 R15 according to the Infiniti website itself that is impossible… pictures attached.
