This place is so unorganized and always short staffed, techs are late! Walmart needs to reorganize the auto care center immediately!
Craig was awesome. I went to swap a battery under warranty for my other car, and decided to get an oil change on the car I drove in because there was no wait. Craig rang up my service, took my keys, and did the oil change very quickly. He didn’t let me carry the battery myself. He took the dead battery from me as soon as he saw me and walked the new one out to my car. I will definitely return to this auto center.
