Little slow. I was told not enough people. No very friendly.
Took an hour to change my tires and the. broke my tps
Auto care Service Mgr was great! This Walmarts store Mgr-not so much. I was appalled in seeing empty bays-without service techs, no one at the front counter to help those with appointments because the 2 people that are there are having to run the department, do the service work and perform janitorial services as well. Please note-this was my personal observation. Definitely gives new meaning to the word 'multitasking." How does this Auto Center still exist??? They need to close it down asap. They cancelled 3 times on me. The last lady "Rose" said they had no technicians. I said why is my appointment showing still as active & not cancelled. She couldn't give me a good reason. If you want to waste your time come here, I promise you won't be disappointed. I begging you Walmart... PLEASE CLOSE THIS AUTO CENTER!!!
