Love when they pick up the phone and hang up.
Scheduled an oil change took over 2 hours when I asked how long they said about an hour. According to the paper they gave me they set my oil light they in fact did not I did it and claim to fill my window solution as well false. They got oil on my windshield some how and didn't even attempt to clean it. Truly don't even trust the oil was done correctly. Will definitely go someplace else next time. Only positive was the gentleman who cashed me out was nice.
Made an appointment and ordered tires. They screwed up the tires I ordered. Had to come back another day. Then they lost my appointment I made in person the week before. So they said they would fast forward me. But it was three hours before they could change 4 tires. Come to find out they were done hours before, but the kid behind the counter was out in his friend’s car the whole time and not doing his job. Get what you pay for employees. Midas is way better in Depew.
