Made an appointment online for an oil change. 11:30 am. They didn’t get my car in until 12:30pm. They did a good job overall.
Had them install four new tires on my Jeep. They finished in 45 minutes, everything went well.
If you’re looking to be ignored for over 5 minutes after pressing the assistance button twice while there is only one vehicle in the entire shop and an associate that “is on their way” just sits in the office 5 feet from the desk you’re standing at and doesn’t even attempt to get up and help you, then this is your place. Zero people waiting in the lobby area so it’s like like I had to wait because of that. Don’t bother calling either because nobody answers.
Came in to get an oil chance and was told that the oil filter was over tightened and that I should take it back to where I did it last time which was Mavis. Told them the situation and they said they get that a lot. The let me watch them unscrew it. It took very little effort as it should. Walmart was just too lazy to do the job.
