How does this Auto Center still exist??? They need to close it down asap. They cancelled 3 times on me. The last lady "Rose" said they had no technicians. I said why is my appointment showing still as active & not cancelled. She couldn't give me a good reason. If you want to waste your time come here, I promise you won't be disappointed. I begging you Walmart... PLEASE CLOSE THIS AUTO CENTER!!!
This is my fourth time coming here and not even having my car serviced, this time they outright refused even though I had an appointment, and a lady walks in while I’m talking to the customer service rep complaining about how her oil spilt everywhere and messed up her car haha… I’m sure you can see the reviews, don’t come here. Ever.
Don't waste your time. I scheduled an appointment for a pair of tires to be changed with ones purchased from Walmart.com. The day before the appointment, an associate confirmed over the phone that they had the tires in their shop. A few hours before the appointment time, the service appointment was abruptly canceled by Walmart, with the service appointment being replaced with a pick-up.
