I was charged more in the store than I paid online. Had to pay higher price and had extra charges not aforementioned online

The rest of the staff that we spoke with was extremely helpful and kind. There was a gentleman named Seth It seemed to be having a very bad day and we get very frustrated. Anytime we were asking questions. So much to the point that he was screaming out loud towards the end in front of everyone in line. We weren’t being rude or trying to annoy him. We just simply were asking questions about the tires.
