Had a flat tire leaving the beach. Their online hours say they close at 7 PM. Showed up at 6 PM and the tech was rude and told me they don't take walk-ins after 6 PM (even though they close at 7). Sounds like laziness to me. Nevertheless, after telling him I had 2 young kids in the car and it was a safety issue we needed a new tire, he proceeded to give my wife the same attitude. Call for an appointment. Told I don't need one. Arrive 5 minutes before doors open. 3 guys with appointments waiting in front of me. Then I get told they may not even be able to lift my compact SUV cuz it's German. (Volkswagen) This place is a joke. Spend more. Go elsewhere.
They swapped a tire I blew out quickly and reasonably.
Always always always look at date of manufacture on tires. Walmart shipped in and installed 3 year old tires. Meaning they were sitting in a hot warehouse that long. When spending close to 1000 dollars, they better be brand new tires.
Have been coming in for tires and oil changes for about a year. Good experience so far, and they are friendly.
