Ordered tires on Walmart.com.Went there to have them put on. Sent us away. Said they couldn't do it. These are light truck tires. Why do they sell tires that they cannot install?
😡The service has never been as bad as it was today. My appointment for a simple oil change was scheduled for 4:30pm and until now (7pm) my truck is still in the shop. Walmart really has no commitment to customer satisfaction. 😰Terrible service. It's better not to schedule anything and do a walk-in. The walk-in people were served and I'm still waiting. I have no words.😶
After waiting for my car, I saw countless customers abuse the staff for baseless reasons. Please be nice to them, they’ve dealt with awful people all day. That being said, they do a fantastic job of honoring their roadside hazard for their tires, I will ONLY buy my tires and batteries here!!
