I went to Walmart in 7/29 for a scheduled 8 am appt for tire rotation The associate that greeted me was absolutely the most rude individual to me. His name is Steve. Right from the second he started speaking to me..his tone was of an angry, very frustrated individual..told me I didn’t have an appt for tire rotation..since they do not schedule those 🤷♀️…yelled at me repeatedly..seriously..I should have asked to speak to a manager..just awful..I intend on contacting Walmart..never got a survey..to rate my experience…absolute... read more
I’ve been bringing my car to Walmart auto for years. I love the Venice location. They are thorough & reasonable. Kimm is the front desk lady & she will make your day. Shes so funny & friendly. I love talking with her lol!
They had the right to refuse us for service as they were closing in less than an hour, but they took us. They knew our tire need was an emergency & saw to it to take care of us anyway. Thank you to the blonde lady that works the auto desk, we appreciate the care you took to get us in. The crew was kind and knowledgeable as well, you were a great help as well.
