Want to say thank you to the team working in the Walmart automotive center today, they were the best. My 20 yo granddaughter was on her way from northern Florida to just south of Venice when she got a flat tire last evening. It was getting dark and past closing time. Her car was towed to the Walmart Auto Center last evening. We went back there right at opening time today as there were no appointment openings. Very disappointed today oil change price was quoted as one thing them $25 more at checkout... Told it would take 45min & it took 90min... Looking for other options next time...
If I could give zero stars I would. On February 22nd we brought our perfectly fine work truck(small local business) in for a routine oil change. Jeff T the mechanic took over 90 min for the oil change and didn't put oil back in the engine. We drove off and soon realized that something was wrong, we returned to the store where the manager Joe looked at it and reassured us everything was fine.
