If I could give zero stars I would. On February 22nd we brought our perfectly fine work truck(small local business) in for a routine oil change. Jeff T the mechanic took over 90 min for the oil change and didn't put oil back in the engine. We drove off and soon realized that something was wrong, we returned to the store where the manager Joe looked at it and reassured us everything was fine. Wait time way to long. Cashier unfriendly.
Hunter showed exceptional customer service skills today. He resolved our tire problem with a friendly attitude and finished promptly. He was proactive and helpful too. Hunter is a great associate and we will be coming back to this Walmart Auto Care Center location!!
