Very slow. No one working in the auto checkout to get my key on a Saturday. I called the store and no answer there either. Huge failure in all ends. This was the second time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and the first time I waited from ten minutes before my appointment to fifteen minutes after and no one would come check in my car when I went inside to ask for help they just said someone from out there would be out to help. Horrible customer service!
I was shopping for a car battery and I asked the associate about the battery and she was very helpful and I appreciate her politeness
Terrible service, people standing around talking not working. Took over an hour to change my tires after pulling it I to the garage 25 min after my appointment time. Then charged me again after they claim my appointment wasn't in the computer. Never going back.
