Stopped in for an oil change pulled out with an oil leak from hell. Car never had an oil leak until now a quart a day now......They now saying it's not their fault. 🤦♂️
Order 2 Tires online stated when they would be in and I set up installation. Received a message it was delayed. I understand things happen. Waited a couple of days and still showing delayed. Called them and the guy that answered said he would check to see if they came in. He came back and said they were in but not scanned in. I asked when that would happen and he did not know. The manager Dk refuse to Mount and balance one tire that I had in the back of my pickup truck saying he only doing appointments only this is definitely unacceptable this was no customers in the shop.
Im at Gaffney Walmart at 730 Saturday morning to get a tire for my car. Sign says they open at 7. Still not opened. I called 10 minutes ago and they said they are waiting for someone to unlock the doors. This is irresponsible management
A 2 hour wait for them to just look at a tire to see if they could help. There was no one at the check out counter so I pressed a button for assistance. The worker looked around the corner of an Isle and went back to doing whatever he was doing.
