A 2 hour wait for them to just look at a tire to see if they could help. There was no one at the check out counter so I pressed a button for assistance. The worker looked around the corner of an Isle and went back to doing whatever he was doing.
The most unbelievable wait times I have ever seen in a shop oil change takes 15 to 20 minutes max especially if 4 to 5 service techs aren't standing there yapping the whole time they are on the clock Ive never seen a shop with this much staff get so little accomplished in 3 hours yes I needed a patch also but still unacceptable wait time they need to stop paying these guys hourly and start paying them for how many vehicles they service daily I'll drive to Hillcrest next time
This location’s manager (Ricky) refused to allow me to purchase a road hazard warranty on a brand new tire his team installed, even though the tire was purchased through Walmart’s website. Manager states “The road hazard warranty cannot be purchased since the tires were not sold and shipped by Walmart.com,” even though I had proof of purchase.
