Scheduled an oil change, drove over 30 miles, and got turned away because they didn’t have my filter. No warning, no preparation, just wasted my time and gas. What is the point of accepting appointments if you are not ready to do the service? Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time with Walmart Auto Care here because they do not care about your time.
I have been getting my oil changed here for years, and the audacity of those so called mechanics/techs lie on the documents they sign and hand over that they are doing checks and topping off fluids! Instead of putting actual windshield washer fluid diluted with water in my car, they filled it with just water and for some reason thought I wouldn't notice it. Horrible! What place that does oil changes then tells the customer No to that oil change. I should of look at the reviews of this horrible place. I bought tires 3 years ago and fogot what a Horrible place it is. I now will not forget anymore! Buyer Beware
