Terrible service!!! Don’t go there!
If I could give zero stars I would. I brought my car in for a battery, there were no signs posted of where I should go. I walked up through the door and asked where to go for a battery, the kid was the rudest person I’ve ever met!!! (His name is David) Laughed at us with direction. The girl was no better. Not even a “hello”, zero eye contact. When I went to pick up the car, I just shook my head, had to wait 10 mins for “Justin” to show up at checkout. I arrived for my oil change eight minutes early and the technicians sat there and waited Doing nothing Eight minutes to start my oil change. I ask if they could grease the front suspension Zirk fittings like they used to during an oil change and they said they don’t have a grease gun anymore. I get the impression that the Service technicians don’t Want to work for Walmart Anymore . In the past, I’ve only had good customer service at this Walmart, but not anymore. I will seek other service centers To give my business to.
Great experience getting my new tires installed. Andrew and Jacob were very helpful, attentive, and made everything easy. Really happy with the service and my new tires!
The Auto Center in Mooresville customer service has steadily become so substandard to horrible. Even after scheduling in advance for days beforehand needing an oil change or new tires, they don't have the inventory on hand even though they tell you otherwise over the phone. Twice this has happened. No oil filters or tires on hand after scheduling in advance. Attendant very negative, condescending, and most disturbing, unsure of inventory on hand. Poor management and scheduling. Walmart has lost my business.
