Ordered a pair of tires through Walmart.com and set up an appointment for installation. When the tire shipment got briefly delayed our appointment was canceled outright instead of rescheduled, and we can't schedule a new appointment via the website without buying more tires. I've tried calling the location, where I've been transferred, hung up on, and left on a ringing phone more times than I'm willing to deal with. Very rude to there customers, there is a guy in a red beard that just gives attitude towards people and he’s always working in the auto care business. I asked him nicely about something and he was just plain up rude and unprofessional about something I needed to ask for my radiator hose cause I didn’t know nothing about cars so I thought asking him about something he would know cause he’s a “techincan” but apparently they can’t do that because of if they say something wrong then the person has a excuse of whatsoever. I want to thank Walmart Auto in Mooresville for all of their help today. I came in for a battery replacement and another Walmart location didn't do what they were supposed to originally. The mechanics at this location were supportive and most helpful. Cindy was very kind checking me in. David, the machanic, took the time and energy to find the original issue and solve the problem! What’s the point in taking appointments on the app if you aren’t going to honor them. “We can’t guarantee we can get you in” is unacceptable when I have an appointment. It’s been like this the last 3 times I came to get my oil changed. One time I made an appointment and still waited 2 hours
Expectations aren't high for Walmart, but micro-managing my vehicle maintenance isn't something I need. Stay in your lane Walmart, if I want 2 tires on the front, and you'll sell them to me and let me book an appointment, then put them on!!! If you want to be pressured into all 4 tires or buying more things the mega store thinks you need for your vehicle, go here. Otherwise, stay away, even if last resort for in stock tires which was my case. Going elsewhere and should have known better.
