The worst costumer service in the entire universe. I had an appointment for tire rotation at 11am, I left my car at 10:50am and they finished at 12:45. 2 HOURS for tire rotation - this is insane!!!!! INSANE!!!!
Took 2-1/2 hours to change 4 tires! Maybe being near the end of the day the kid needed to fill his shift to the end. Maybe I should be impressed he could stretch out a simple task so long. I'm a mechanic myself and don't know how he managed to make it so long. Maybe after taking all four tires off he went on break. It's over 30 minutes a tire. Shout out to David who is an awesome Technician/Mechanic. Everytime I come here to do an oil change, he has a smile on his face. Not only is he professional but he's very patient, knowledgeable and so easy to talk to. I can ask him anything and he gives me an honest answer or recommendation. Eddie assisted him today and he's another one that's easy to talk to. Thanks guys for all you do, appreciate it.
Scheduled an oil change, drove over 30 miles, and got turned away because they didn’t have my filter. No warning, no preparation, just wasted my time and gas. What is the point of accepting appointments if you are not ready to do the service? Completely unacceptable. Don’t waste your time with Walmart Auto Care here because they do not care about your time.
I have been getting my oil changed here for years, and the audacity of those so called mechanics/techs lie on the documents they sign and hand over that they are doing checks and topping off fluids! Instead of putting actual windshield washer fluid diluted with water in my car, they filled it with just water and for some reason thought I wouldn't notice it.
