Well I’m no longer going to this place anymore, I’ve been going to this place for years in maintenance. About a week ago, I informed the Auto Care guy that’s outside in what I needed. Oil change, top care and valve cleaner. I also informed him that last oil change they spilled oil like a good 6oz on the hood of the car. So disappointed. My AC was blowing cold air, it just took about 10-15 minutes to get cold. So I thought a simple AC recharge might help. I made an appointment. After two hours of their AC recharge machine hooked up this morning, they said I had an AC leak and said they couldn’t complete the AC recharge. They said the AC was “back to the same condition as when I brought it in” since they couldn’t complete the AC recharge. However, my AC isn’t working AT ALL now. no customer service skills at all. Can never get through on the phone but if you go there in person there will always be someone by the phone just listening to it ring. Whole team is pathetic
One car in line at 945 in the a.m and I was told I have to make a appointment to be seen for a oil change . This is a oil / tire shop not a flippin bank . Also told him I didn't mind waiting 2-4 hrs because I had no appt ( which I didn't want to but ¯\_(ツ)_/¯)... smh
If you want the worst customer service , experience and bad job then come here. They’re the meanest and rude people . I’ve been changing my oil in Walmart for 4 yrs but after repeated bad experiences and care I will never come back here after today.
