The pricing of the oil change is competitive, but I've left my car with them for more than two hours and they still haven't even started. I guess they don't know that oil changes in most places cost a little more but do the job in 20 minutes.
Worst customer service experience in many years. No respect for client time or concerns. DO NOT GO THERE
I could not get assistance after driving 40 minutes to come here, hoping for affordable oil change. No one would talk to me. After driving around in circles because no one would assist me, I walked inside and they directed me to get back in line where I had already been but no one would talk to me. Poor service. Rock bottom. Very disappointing.
Ordered tires online delivered as promised, made an appointment for installation, arrived and my car was taken in within 10 minutes, there was a slight problem and they knew I was in the store shopping, one of their employees came and got me and problem was resolved tires installed and I was on my way. I'd like to thank all the guys in the shop they were all very gracious and professional
