HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I ordered the tire for pick up only since I was not going to trust them to install it. Tell me why it took 1 hour for them to just bring the tire out to me and it wasn’t even the tire I ordered! Completely unorganized. Do not trust them with your car.
Took my car to have an oil change and they cost me $800!!! I have a bmw x1 so the oil change is a bit different than other cars and obviously the car is very delicate. They screwed the oil drain plugs too hard and broke my thread, now I have to replace it all and mechanics are charging me $800… Walmart isn’t taking responsibility, and I will sue them. The $800 is not the biggest issue, I have 2 jobs and I have to provide for my wife and newborn baby (I’m the only one working).
