Automotive Service Center - Horrible management and coordination (tire guy constantly stopping to check people in, can't get anything done, you can just watch the process and it's so unorganized). We bought new tires online and selected installation and scheduled an appointment and paid, two hours before our appointment we got a email saying our appointment was cancelled but then one hour later we received another email that our tires were ready for pickup. They do not want your business. I waited in line for 10 minutes, and no one came to my vehicle. I went inside to find one employee on the phone confused. After another 10 minutes waiting inside, no one was available. It's a cheap oil change for a reason!
Simple Oil Change or NOT They claim they broke the coolant line replacing the oil filter. My car has been leaking oil ever since and they didn't refill all of the oil.
