VERY looong wait. Incomplete service information.
Price was okay, took 2 hours with appointment, and after about 1,000 miles I noticed they did not secure the lid to my engine air filter. I should have known something was different when it seemed ‘louder’ when accelerating, but didn’t think to check. When I dropped it off I told them to not replace it, simply just the oil change. Suppose they checked it, saw it was clean and couldn’t scam me out of $20, then never closed it up.
Got new tires and my headlights restored. All the employees were SO NICE! They were fast, came in and checked on me in the waiting room, and made sure everything was perfect for my beloved Toyota Camry. Can’t recommend this crew enough!
Tried multiple times to drive in for an oil change. They told me to make an appointment online and would be able to get me in and out. Made an appointment for 9:30. Still took them 2 hrs to change the oil. All I asked them to do. Oil change should take 20 minutes max. Most technicians walking around like they didn’t know what they were doing. All techs standing around one vehicle at a time watching.
