DO NOT BELIEVE their time estimates. If they say an hour it means 3 hours. And the employees don't care to talk to you, so don't expect updates. Most of them don't even know what's going on. Cheaper tires is the only reason I come here. But now I know, just be ready to drop it off, I'll come back and pick it up later
Extremely rude and unprofessional. I went to get my oil changed, and a technician yelled, " You need something?" before informing me that I needed an appointment and that it would be a two hour wait before I could be seen.
0 first. Again worst auto care center , it's worst I have ever came across. Firstly They said they don't have appointments for tyre rotation and balance and it's only walkins. So I walked in and checked in and they said 1 hour wait time. And it's been 4 hours and still not started started service on my car. I have been asking staff here to check on it but literally no one tried on it which is very insane.
