Sent my daughter here to get a slow leak fixed in new tire. She called and said they told her tire was ruined, screw in sidewall. Glad she called before they replaced tire. Told her to have them put spare on. Picked up tire and had dealership fix it ( took 10 minutes.) Nowhere near sidewall. Totally trying to take advantage of young female!
had an appointment to get my tire changed at 4:00 for here right on time and went inside to waste time. they did not start on my tire until 5:30pm. why make an appointment then take 2 hours when changing a tire takes 20 mins
Had an appointment at 1:00 to get 2 new back tires despite setting an appointment it wasn’t done until 3:20 had to wait 20 more minutes to get the car keys we went out the car and they didn’t put my locking lug-nut back in its spot OR ANYWHERE in the car I had to go back inside and ask several people about it took and then it several more minutes for a guy to come back with it and he didn’t speak a single word just stuck it out for us to grab.
