Set of tires took about an hour but nothing worth complaining about, the techs were all working on something and not bumming around. My advice if you order tires & service online is to find the tires you like, then give the auto center a call to verify they have them, then order immediately afterwards. The website will not verify quantity in stock. Get there early in case there are any other hang ups so your slot doesn’t slide. I made appt to get new tires put on and balanced etc. So when I get there I go inside to tell them I'm there so they tell me to pull up to blue kiosk so on the way out I asked a mechanic which side of it because one line says lube and the other says tire and he yelled out in the rudest way possible that all help starts at blue help desk like the question I had asked was just the dumbest question ever so I ended up making my appt with Discount tire who ended up being cheaper than Wal - Mart and has way better customer service... read more
I have been waiting 2 hours for an oil change, it takes 1 hour per car, it's terrible. There are 7 cars in the workshop and not a single mechanic is seen. I arrived with 2 cars ahead of me at 10am for an oil change and they finished my car at 2:20pm
Came in for my 12pm appointment to change a tire and left with a busted wheel stud. THANKS WALMART 👍🏻
Read all the way to end to see problem fixed. Bought tires on Walmart. Com and they said any Walmart will mount and balance $19. Came here and they doubled that price and claimed that's the price for Walmart tires. Then one went flat right away went back and for 2 hours they wouldn't even look at the tire or air it up to check problem. Got mad and left with tire to get fixed elsewhere. Turns out they destroyed the tire pressure monitoring metal valve stem and right it would still hold air. Cost me $102 to fix. They charged f... read more
