Pretty shitty when they charge you an all-inclusive fee for the filter and the oil and you have to go buy your own filter at another store because they were unprepared. And you had the appointment scheduled for over four days.
They had me in and out of there quickly and I experienced excellent customer service.
Ron from the Auto and Tire Care Center was very friendly very professional and I appreciate his hard work
