Took them 4+ hours to fix 1 tire, and the so called “men” back there doing the work had terrible attitudes

Literally the worst customer service I’ve ever seen in the entirety of my Existence
I am begging you. If you can afford to spend a little more money elsewhere, do it. Unfortunately I paid ahead for the worst “service” I could have had. Guy at service desk didn’t have a clue how to do anything. Mechanics are rude. You have to talk to multiple people to get any kind of answer. So disorganized and not the Walmart auto experience I’ve had in the past. I’d cancel my appointment if I wasn’t desperate to get a tire changed today. Honestly. Go elsewhere. Wasted day.
Don’t bring anything up here they can’t do a simple tire change
