This place used to be just Okay. I mean, they got the job done, even if it did take a while sometimes if they were busy. However, recently I have had trouble simply dropping my car off to get serviced in the first place, even if I make an appointment and there are no cars ahead of me. It seems like half the problem's that they're understaffed and the other half of the problem's that the staff that IS there just doesn't care. Either way, it shouldn't take 3+ days to get an oil change. Not coming back to this place again.
Ernie and Herman are the nicest, most personable men. The helped with two tired last night, only ones there. I appreciate all they did and will definitely be back.
Just came here to have installed two tires, and don't understand what can make it too complicated that takes it over two hours. So come here if you would like to feel like they really care about you by waiting over two hours as if they are transplanting a pair of kidneys!
Just don’t come here. Got new tires put on and a tire pressure sensor replaced. Charged 30 for the replacement sensor. Got my car back and it still wasn’t sensing. Told me to drive it around for a bit and it will connect. It never did. Went back a few days ago and the wait would be up to 4 hours for them to do something that would take 5 minutes.
