Those who are looking to get a simple oil change, BEWARE, if this older employee is there, then you might aswell turn around, he will first aggresively ask you if have an appointment, if not then he will claim that it'll take him and the others 2-3 hours to do the oil change even if you are first in line. Even though the other employees have done it in under 30 minutes.
Paid for 2 tires only had 1 then they stood around talking about it
Apparently, "You should be next." Take 2 hours. Absolutely ridiculous. Do you know how much business you LOSE by providing "service" like this?
Do NOT go to this autocenter to get an oil change!!!! I arrived here at 3:52 p.m. and had only two cars ahead of me, also getting a simple oil change and here it is 5:55 and they just now began working on my vehicle!!! I have already missed an appointment!!! I've never had to wait so long for a simple oil change. This place is a joke!! Hire some help, Walmart, it's not like you can't afford it!!!!!
Don’t do it. Spend more money elsewhere you won’t regret it. Spend $50 more and go to an actual tire shop. Walmart is a joke. First they told me they couldn’t install my tires bc of my hub spacers. Dumb but ok, so I asked if I go home and take the tires off myself and bring 2 wheels in if they could mount the tires. They said yes but when I came in 30min later they tell me to come back the next morning. I will never be using the shop at Walmart again. I highly recommend you do the same.
