Very bad customer service
IF YOU BUY TIRES FROM WALMART GO SOMEWHERE ELSE TO PUT THEM ON! I say this with the most sincerity, I consider myself a easily pleased person , you have to try very hard to make me upset with a service. However this location is completely messed up at every corner. #1 - "balanced my tires" they attempted to balance my tires. However, did it wrong and now my truck shakes when I go over 65. Double charged me tire rotation that was already paid for at a different Walmart. Said previous mechanic didn’t put serial of tires in system. I showed them receipt for tire purchase and install which occurred only 6 months prior. Said only a manager can authorize it but he isn’t in. Also tore my windshield washer hose during tire install. I asked if I can get some tubing to fix it myself and again said only a manager can rectify that but he’s absent
