I went July 3rd to get an oil change. I was told that they wouldn't be accepting any more tickets that night,but they would be open the next morning, July 4th at 7 AM. So the next morning at 7 AM I pulled up, went to the customer entrance, and the door was locked. I did come later in the day and they were open. Make sure you give your customers the correct time.

I took my car in because the rear passenger tire had a leak, I specified rear passenger tire and that I wanted it replaced with a new tire. 30 minutes after check in they called me asking to confirm which tire and I again specified passenger rear and to replace it. 1 hour after the phone call I received a notification that the service was done, when I went to the desk to pay for it the charge was only for a tire repair. I went into the Walmart auto center on Tuesday. I tried to schedule an appointment on line but you can’t make a reservation for an oil change and tire rotation. It’s a standard practice to rotate tires when you change the oil. So I had to make the appointment in person. I think I talked to RJ. He asked the make and model. I had an appointment for 9:30.
