I took my car in because the rear passenger tire had a leak, I specified rear passenger tire and that I wanted it replaced with a new tire. 30 minutes after check in they called me asking to confirm which tire and I again specified passenger rear and to replace it. 1 hour after the phone call I received a notification that the service was done, when I went to the desk to pay for it the charge was only for a tire repair. I went into the Walmart auto center on Tuesday. I tried to schedule an appointment on line but you can’t make a reservation for an oil change and tire rotation. It’s a standard practice to rotate tires when you change the oil. So I had to make the appointment in person. I think I talked to RJ. He asked the make and model. I had an appointment for 9:30. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Had an appointment scheduled for 8am. The employees were messing around talking to each other for the first hour and a half. Not one car was brought inside the garage. I finally left after 4 hours. Went to Goodyear, and they took care of it immediately. AND GAVE ME A SLICE OF PIZZA. Walmart would neverrrr.
You can't get on the phone with them. They put you on hold and eventually you give up and go in. Why are they always so rude on phone and in person too? Not just once. Most people don't like their jobs, but you don't have to treat people like they are they are an inconvenience for just wanting the offered service. The actual mechanics were nice the last new times I've been, just the service desk has been an issue... I hate leaving bad reviews but this has been a problem more then once.
