Wow! The techs and the front office for the car service were just the best kind of people. I had had a new battery and an oil change. They are very knowledgeable and that put my mind at ease.

Terrible service. I had an appointment at 3:30, they don't receive you, they don't understand the information, they are rude.

I arrived five minutes before the scheduled opening time. At 7:10, I was greeted and asked what service I needed. I requested a tire change. I was then informed that, due to having only two staff members available, I would need to return later. Please note, I was the only customer present at the time. I chose to leave and have the service completed elsewhere.

Incompetent staff. That includes everyone from Kevin ( department leader) to the people that check your car in. When I arrived at the location, there were literally no cars in line for a tire change. I was told by the receptionist that the service will only take one hour to be completed. 50 minutes into the service and I see them move my car from the stall that they originally told me to park my car in.
