Incompetent staff. That includes everyone from Kevin ( department leader) to the people that check your car in. When I arrived at the location, there were literally no cars in line for a tire change. I was told by the receptionist that the service will only take one hour to be completed. 50 minutes into the service and I see them move my car from the stall that they originally told me to park my car in. Incompetent, arrived at 650am and waited until 720 before leaving. Apparently the posted hours are a suggestion
Had to order the tires, tires replete but came up missing on a center cap for a wheel
I booked an appointment in advance for an oil change just to show up and for them to tell me they didn’t have my oil filter and couldn’t do an oil change.
