The appointment only policy. By far the WORST IDEA EVER. They're literally turning away business and just standing around instead of doing oil changes cause you don't have an appointment. Go back to first come first serve. This is ridiculous!
Been standing here for 40 minutes and no one is at the counter. Is 7:50 now and my appointment is at 8. However it seems like a place of this stature should have better customer service. This is day 3 of trying to get tires from Walmart, the past couple days these guys have done everything to make things complicated. I've missed 3 days of work.
