I got a oil change I was told my tires passed inspection the next morning I woke up with a flat tire they also told me my battery was bad but they did not tell me why I took my tires somewhere else for inspection all of them were dry-rotted and needed to be replaced and no I did not buy my tires from Walmart
I’ve been going to the TLE in Princeton for two years and never had an issue. I happened to be on this side of town and decided it had to be the same kind of service which is usually beyond spectacular. I was wrong. It started with a two hour wait, I can deal with that. Absolutely Horrible service. The Leads know nothing at all. I waited over 2 hours after I had an appointment scheduled. The Lead grabbed the wrong tires multiple times, I only bought 2 and told him I wanted the new ones rotated to the front. When I asked why the tech wasn't rotating the tires he said you have to request that which I did...(even though its included in the standard tire installation package) he said 2 tires only takes 30-45 minutes.
