Getting a tire rotation and balance today which I know does take time. But don't tell me an hour and then let an hour and half go by with no word. I was in the waiting room. Nothing exceptional done. Appreciate the work done, but very slow service workers. Manager is very pleasant.
Worst experience I've ever had for a oil change. Has a appointment at 10:30 and it took them two hours to get it done. Will never come back here for a oil change
I would like to give the biggest sincere to this place. It’s an early morning after July 4th weekend. It’s a sun. I’m very lucky to have a place that’s able to repair tire as I have to drive long distance into mountain. this gentleman Alec is very kind with my situation. He was able to help me to look into the tire, to acknowledge the need to be sure I’m safe on the road. His professional & kindness is much appreciated.
