Generally pretty slow, prices are ok. But your floor mats will look like this everytime you pick up.
I had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at Walmart Automotive. The customer service was awful from the moment I arrived. It took them over an hour just to do a basic oil change, and none of the additional services I specifically requested were done. I asked for my battery terminals to be cleaned and a couple of other simple add-ons—none of it was completed. I checked manually, and sure enough, they never put air in my tires. I feel like Walmart forgot that you can watch the techs just stand around and not complete a job. I get you paid hourly but seriously get it together. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and two tires. Don’t even get me started on how long it took to take one tire off, Jesus Christ I was watching the whole thing a toddler could go quicker.
Don’t tell people you can squeeze them in and then have them wait 3 1/2 hours just say you don’t have time. It’s simple don’t waste my time.
