I feel like Walmart forgot that you can watch the techs just stand around and not complete a job. I get you paid hourly but seriously get it together. 3 1/2 hours for an oil change and two tires. Don’t even get me started on how long it took to take one tire off, Jesus Christ I was watching the whole thing a toddler could go quicker.
Don’t tell people you can squeeze them in and then have them wait 3 1/2 hours just say you don’t have time. It’s simple don’t waste my time.
This is one of the best Walmart's to shop.
My Spouse tried to take his Work vehicle there for service and was told to bring parts. You would think an auto center would have the parts to change oil. They made it a big inconvenience. Go anywhere but here, they do not want to do the work.
Came Tues. evening @ 6p lady inside says get in line, when get in line was told not taking any more today. Were a couple ahead. Asked to come back Wed. Understandable. Came back Wed. @ 5:30p & got in line, again told not taking any more. So come today at 8a supposed to be open at 7a now 8:30 All bay doors closed, few have already left. Very poor customer service!! Appear to be closed or don't care customers are waiting!!
