My Spouse tried to take his Work vehicle there for service and was told to bring parts. You would think an auto center would have the parts to change oil. They made it a big inconvenience. Go anywhere but here, they do not want to do the work.
Came Tues. evening @ 6p lady inside says get in line, when get in line was told not taking any more today. Were a couple ahead. Asked to come back Wed. Understandable. Came back Wed. @ 5:30p & got in line, again told not taking any more. So come today at 8a supposed to be open at 7a now 8:30 All bay doors closed, few have already left. Very poor customer service!! Appear to be closed or don't care customers are waiting!!
They made me wait 25 minutes just to tell me they can’t change my oil because they don’t have a dipstick
Would be higher but they messed with my settings and didn’t reset it to what it was before. Would be better to not have to change my clock back to the original time or change my tire pressure settings from kpa back to psi
TODAY 06/15/2025 for a 9:30 appointment this is what occurred at said Walmart Auto Center: Thank you to the lovely Auto Tech this morning who took my mini van and tried to upsell us synthetic oil. In his worlds when you get synthetic oil put into your car it gives you a guarantee… a guarantee that should already be there if you do something stupid.
