I ordered a set of new tires for my truck online, but the earliest I could get them installed was two weeks after I bought them. That was already a bit annoying, but I figured I'd wait. Got 2 tires installed. 3 months pass and my lug nut was completely broken and came off. They did not install the tire correctly and since they do not do regular mechanic work, now I have to pay for repairs. Do not get tires installed here.
2 tire installation took almost 3 hrs. With the appointment. Mechanic kept going for a walk multiple times to stretch his legs. Technician Maricarmen M. It’s better to purchase the tire and go to any tire shops to pay $10 more and get it done in 15 minutes.
The service was good. I was not told that I had to pay extra if they went over and needed a bit more oil, however the manager Manny and the sales person Kaylen were helpful. I could have honestly paid more else where so I am not mad. The people made my wait pleasant. Thank you Mr Manny and Kaylen.
They didn't even have time to put air in my tires.
