I was at the Tire place in Walmart located 2220 state route 27 in Edison. Whatever could have went wrong it did. I would say if it wasnt for 2 great young ladies Kaylen and Mari. They took all my anxiety away. They helped me and my nerves. From me ordering the wrong tires to Kaylen personally helping me return the tires and purchasing the correct ones and Mari helping with great convo while we wait on installation of my tires. DONT DESERVE ANY STAR- this "star" method should be changed to accomodate some negative "sign". I brought my 2023 Nissan Rogue SL in for a routine oil change at Walmart Auto Care Center on July 11, 2025, and drove off the lot to discover that every single camera system—rear‑view, surround‑view, parking‑aid guidelines—was completely disabled. I ordered my tires online to get installed in the stores; when I arrived, the employees told me that my tires never came and that the appointment was delayed to a later time, but it was later cancelled. No explanation, nor expected time of arrival, their only solution that they offered me was to cancel and re-order without any assurance that the tires would arrive on time. Additionally, the customer service did not know how to track my order.
I've been changing my tires in this location many years without any problems. Now they have a new guy came in my cargo van became too heavy he didn't change my tires..
