Absolutely, horrible service brought it in first thing in the morning to get a tire balance. And it took them 2 and a 1/2 hours to tell me they couldn't do it because one tire was a little too bald. I mean, if there was people in front of me, I would not of cared, but I was one of the first people here this morning

I bought two brand new tires here in February with 50,000 mile warranties on them. Less than 4000 miles later one of them has a huge bubble in it. So I called and explained what was going on and asked them to order me a new tire. I was told I’d have to come out of my own pocket and buy a brand new one again so I did and I made an appointment for to come and mount it. Less than two hours prior to my tire replacement appointment, it's canceled and immediately refunded because they still haven't gotten the fourth tire off the truck. Only three of my four tires were staged for install despite multiple reminders for ME to be there on time or they'd cancel. I tried calling to reschedule multiple times over a half hour to no avail. So, I drive out there only to wait another 20 minutes in line and watch the service associate never answer the phone. When I ask why they're not answering the phone?... read more
